The property is well maintained, very clean, and in a great location. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Leiya, was perfect. She was the definition of great customer service. My check in was smooth, quick, and friendly. This stay really changed my view of Comfort Suites. I’ve had bad, sketchy experiences at hotels that are on the lower end of the price range and I typically like to book rooms at more expensive locations because I’ve found a higher price point usually comes with better service and cleanliness standards. However, I will now be staying at this location any time I find myself needing a room in Humble because I was thoroughly impressed.

stayed 2 separate nights, one before our flight and one after, with 2 separate reservations. In both nights It was really clean, the beds smelled pretty good, like they really changed all the bedding before us arriving. The breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk and juices. Enough towels for a family of 4. The room was big and had a really good feeling. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We slept pretty well, not noise at all! They have shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The smell in the room was good, clean!

The property was very close to my family member we were visiting. Our suite was very spacious which made it a lot easier for me to work when I needed to. The breakfast they had in the morning was filled with yummy items! The housekeeping staff was on top of their game when asked for additional items, super friendly as well! I’m probably not spelling the young lady’s name right who checked us in, but Lenetta was so friendly and very professional. Coming from someone whose worked in a hotel before, her kindness was very appreciated!

Was going on a cruise and needed a place to stay over night. The transportation to the hotel was good and the driver who picked me up was great, when asked where to eat the driver let me know where I could eat near the hotel. The GM was working at the front desk and checked me in with a smile, as well as being recognized as a member. The night auditor was a pleasure to talk as well as the morning clerk who checked me out. The breakfast was also good and the person who made the breakfast was very polite and friendly.

The staff were very accommodating, and when the shuttle driver was busy, the general manager personally drove me to the airport! She, like all of the other staff, were incredibly friendly, and I greatly appreciated meeting them. Rooms were just right for one person, and the pool (although outside) was clean and enjoyable. The beds were quite comfortable!
